    University visiting policies
If I want to have a visitor stay over in my room at Warwick, what arrangements would I have to make? I was mainly thinking of my gf.

    Thanks

You're meant to inform your resident tutor of how many people are coming and for how long, but in reality you don't need to do any of that unless they cause trouble enough to get noticed and you'll get whacked with a fine.

Like Krydel said, you're supposed to inform your resident tutor-however they never checked and my flatmates regularly had friends over last year without making any arrangements.

Technically, you are required to inform your resident tutor. Our resident tutor wasn't really bothered by it. Provided that your visitor isn't a jackass, nobody really cares too much about it. My girlfriend stayed over for 10 days, and it was fine.
