    Monsoon
Any tips for filling in the application form - especially for someone with little retail experience? Close to 17 years old

I've filled most of the application (asking questions like how would you describe Monsoon Accessorize products, describe a situation where you have had to deal with a difficult customer/situation, what interests you about Monsoon Accessorize etc) but I'm not sure what would be relevant as 'additional information not yet covered which you would like us to consider when reviewing your application' do I mention clubs I'm involved in? Skills I have?
