Foundation Year or Bsc at Low Uni?
My friend asked me if he should take a foundation year (science) at Queen Mary or a Bsc (A science course) in Kingston, I think it was chem

What should he do, I am honestly not sure, but the thing is he has already taken a year off. And he's now 20.

If I were him I'd do the foundation year as a strong pass in that will open up a lot more options for him in terms of his university choices. I don't think Kingston is the most reputable university for chemistry and so this would probably limit his options more when looking for jobs or postgraduate study.
