    Does cold skin mean you're burning fat? :S
    I'm not very informed about the ins and outs of exercise and nutrition but I've heard that if your skin feels cool after exercising it means you're burning fat? Is this true? I always assumed it was just sweat evaporating or something?

    Sorry for the stupid question lol.

    It just means your body is cooling itself down after excersise, I wouldn't put it down to the fact your burning fat.
