Due to personal circumstances I can't attend Uni next year, This means there is a spare room to rent in a lovely modern house just off the Smithdown road on Alderson Rd, 2 minutes walk from ASDA, with the bus stop right at the end of the road. It takes under 10 minutes to get to uni on the bus from here with buses running every 3 minutes and you could easily walk to UOL/JMU in 25/30 minutes The rent is £75 per week with all bills included this also includes fast wireless Virgin Media Broadband and a large plasma Freeview television in the living room. The house is very nice and modern with a fully equipped Kitchen including Washer, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, the house has two bathrooms one has a shower cubicle and the other a shower and bath. The living room has two nice brown leather sofas and a large television. The room you would be renting has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, coat hooks, noticeboard and sink. The house also has two locks on both the backdoor and front door and a fully functioning burglar alarm. Each room is fitted with a panic button for extra security and each room is lockable with an individual key, each room is also lockable from the inside. The house has double glazed windows and full central heating. The house and all the rooms have recently been painted. It is on the first floor ( up a flight of stairs) at the back of the house which is very quiet. You would be sharing with 5 girls all UOL students, degrees mainly based in medical sciences. Their honestly lovely, their focused on getting good grades and good degrees but do know how to have a good time, typically we go out sometimes but spend a lot of our time together watching DVDs or cooking dinner together. It's a very friendly house and they instantly make anyone feel comfortable.
