    Birkbeck Certificate of Higher Education.
I am hoping to start the Higher Education Introductory Studies (Certificate of Higher Education) at Birkbeck in September 2013, so I can go on to do a BSc in Social Sciences. I have looked on the website and it says I will have to be 18 by the time I enrol. This seems like a problem to me since I will turn 18 in August, just one month before the course starts in September. Would this be too late to enrol and too late to find myself accommodation in London? If anybody could help me out, then it would be appreciated.

I assume by the "time you enrol" means, by the time you start the course, which would be September.. no?
So it wouldn't make a difference if you turned 18 one month before or 1 year before.
