if you do how comfortable do you feel? do you ever get any back pain? and if you dont how do you sit? -
Re: Does anyone sit like this?the funny thing is, i heard it may be more beneficial to have a slight slope to the back when sitting down rather than perpendicular.... though dont quote me on that, not 100% sure ( i learnt different i.e. upstraight)(Original post by shutthefup)

i do, but if we are talking about for some time, i dont keep that position often, its that, sometimes upright with my legs crossed in (chairs barely big enough), one time i laid down sideways such that i put my head through the hole in one arm rest and legs through the other (sleeping position but on a chair not bed)...
rule of thumb is, if you feel uncomfortable doing something about it...Last edited by Dmon1Unlimited; 29-07-2012 at 11:17. -
Re: Does anyone sit like this?Lol, the people in those pictures actually look really uncomfortable. If you want to damage your spine then that's the best position to sit in, otherwise it's not good.(Original post by shutthefup)

I don't sit straight up right, but I sit fairly up right as that's what is comfortable for me.
