    A question on economic books
So I'm currently reading through The Return of Depression Economics (which is a great book, by the way) but I've come to realize that I'm not really remembering a whole lot. I can recall the general themes and ideas, but not anything specific, like dates or names or causes/effects. And I kinda think that specifics are important in economics.

Does anybody else feel this way?

Me. But I blame partying and hot temperatures for that.

Therefore I switched from economics to Dostoevsky (it is summer, man!)

You absorb these facts over time you can't expect to learn all the details from one book.

After you've read the Return of Depression Economics read End This Depression Now. There is a fair bit of overlap but that will help reinforce the details in your mind.

Thanks man! I've just finished Return of Depression Economics and I've been looking for something new.
