am i missing something?
not sure if i'm missing something really obvious and i feel really stupid for asking but i was just looking on the back of this pasta, leek and ham thing at the nutritional info and it says
Typical values per 100g as prepared
Energy 583kJ/138kcal
Protein 5.5g
Carbohydrate 23.2g
and so on...
then in the column next to it, it says:
Typical values per portion (1/2 packet) as prepared
Energy 1089kJ/258kcal
Protein 10.2g
Carbohydrate 43.6g
yet the pack weighs 120g so why does half of the packet (60g worth) contain higher levels of stuff than 100g? feel like i'm missing something really obvious lol sorry if i'm just being stupid..
