A question about re-applying
This might be a really silly question, but I am beginning to stress out. So basically I began applications with a host of firms about 2 months ago, but primarily just wrote down the questions and filled none of the forms out. I then decided that I would rather wait a year when hopefully I will be a much stronger candidate. Will these firms have a record of my failure to complete this year's applications and therefore bin me when I re-apply next year round? Or am I being paranoid?
Thanks in advance.
Ps. Apologies if this is a moronic question -
Re: A question about re-applying
I'm interested to know this myself, I've registered for a load of firms just to see what the questions were without necessarily going on to complete the application. I just assumed that unless they actually receive a completed application then they don't really care.

Re: A question about re-applying
No no no. I don't think they'll bin your application because you started but never submitted a previous application. I'm sure a lot of people start applications and then end up not having time or just didn't want to finish it. If they knew every single potential applicant that started the applications and filtered out based on this, it would be hell for HR.
So I would say, don't stress. As long as you haven't submitted anything, you've never applied and therefore they wouldn't automatically bin you.
Unless you're applying to somewhere like Freshfiends that say "You have one week to complete your application or it's withdrawn" in which case, take that deadline seriously!!
