I just finished year 13 and if I could give me a year ago advice I'd say:
Don't put everything on your AS levels. You can pull them up with the work.
Go on as many open days as possible. You want to be at the right uni (if you're going).
Get UCAS done early or it will become the bane of your life.
Get your coursework done early and start revision early. It just makes it less stressful
But saying that enjoy it, especially early on.
Year 13 is a lot more work than year 12 and the increase in difficulty is a bit shocking at first. But it's your last year at school so enjoy it. Don't spend all your time studying but at the same time don't become that person that throws their A Levels away in the last few months because they just can't be bothered anymore. Try to make the summer after the best ever. For example I've been to Hackney Weekend, then to Spain with my friends and late night trips to the beach. It gave me a great incentive before exams to focus on them and then know I was going to have a great summer.
