It's nearing lunchtime now, and I never allow myself to eat breakfast after 11am. Today I woke up quite late and by the time I was up and dressed it was just past 11am. So now I'm hungry and waiting for lunch. Again, I don't allow myself to eat lunch before 12:45, I make up weird rules for myself.

I am asking this question because I am currently in the summer holiday, and today both my sister and I are at home. I came downstairs at about 10:30 to my sister eating pasta. I found this very odd after I realised just how often she does this when she is at home. Is this common?

I eat when I'm hungry. This depends on how much I had for breakfast and what I've been doing in he morning. But usually between 12 and 1.30

Generally between 1:30-2:30, I like to finish it closer to 2:30 as otherwise come 5-6 I feel rather hungry and would either be stuck at work or in traffic.

I have no specific time, I would eat lunch. Call me fat or whatever, but I eat whenever am hungry! Wherever it is in class or at a assembly. *embarassed*

12.30. I tend to have a set time for dinner(lunch) and tea and even though I am hungry I find myself waiting till those times and then going yay ttea time or dinner time. Tea is at 6.00.

Any time between 11 and 3, depending on whether I had breakfast or not, what time I got up at, if I'm going out and going to miss dinner etcetc.

Being on holidays screws with my eating schedule.

I exersize whenever, check out intermittent fasting....

It's not even fasting, just a diet plan....
