    Is There?
    Hey, everybody.

Coming to Lancaster this September and I was just wondering if anybody knew if there was an Afro-Caribbean hair salon in the city or any other place that can deal with such hair?

    Thanks for the help.

I'm not quite sure about this. I think you could head down to Manchester; 1 hr on train, or maybe Preston; 30 mins on train, whenever you need a haircut. There's also a salon on campus - maybe they have experience with afro hair?

According to Yell.com, there is definitely an Afro-Caribbean hair salon in Morecambe.

To get there, you would need a 2/2A [getting off at the back of the shops and then walking through] or a 3/4 along the prom. All run straight from campus and are pretty frequent. I used to work in Morecambe, commuting from campus, and it was very easy - when I did it, a day ticket was around £4.30.
