Haha, I concur. PWC are clearly cheating though, why have they got so many offices?!

On that note, who are TaxAssist Accountants and why have they got more offices then the top 7 combined  I really must stop judging accountancy firms by their quantity of offices..

Wow KPMG consultancy income almost as much as EY and Deloitte put together! Thought Deloitte were the Advisory specialists?

KPMG's figures are skewered as well, Northern Ireland offices are not included as we are part of KPMG Ireland and not KPMG UK.

I thought Deloitte were more Corporate Finance and KPMG were strategy and consultancy.

Question to the floor, is there anywhere the breaks down these statistics further (specifically I'm thinking about sub-sections within service lines). Unlikely but you never know. Also, does anyone know anywhere that lists big 4 clients? Got to make any requests for clients I specifically want to work with (Deloitte, Audit - TMT) but it's difficult as I only know a handful of the clients they work with. Can go general of course, but seems a missed opportunity. Would be particularly interested in what Tech firms Deloitte audit.

It is pretty appalling isn't it. Perhaps women are just smart enough to get out rather then chase partnership

I was being serious, they'll get first look in when it comes to promotion as firms look to increase gender equality. In my experience of interviews/shadowing a LOT of the newly promoted managers seem to be female.

What do you think happened at PKF for such results?

Accountants are pretty much valued on reputation, so there may be some affect from the hit of handling illegally obtained phone records in November. Just my guess

So do you think they will rebound or stay out of the top 10?

They can bounce back, but obviously there are lots of other factors that will mean next years result can't be certain.

I was under the impression it was the opposite of that. KPMG are regularly quoted as being top in CF and I've seen tables that show Deloitte are easily top out of the big four for consultancy. In that regard I find the results in the Top 100 somewhat confusing...

Not if you'll always be number 2 :smug:

Although tbh, partners anywhere, make a ton of money compared to average joe.
