    Asda second interview
This morning I had a group interview at my local Asda. At the end they invited everyone back for a second one to one interview. Mine is in a few hours, and I was wondering about what questions they'll ask me? I've never had a job interview before as I'm only 17 and still in full time education at my school's sixth form.

if your at the 2nd interview, it means they have already accepted you...you just have to do some online assesment things and fill in loads of forms

Even though everyone got offered a second interview? There were only eight of us though, as a few people weren't allowed in as they didn't bring the proper ID.

Mine was just a bunch of typical questions like how I deal with customers etc, what I'd do if I was feeling ill before/during a shift, when I can work etc. I turned up like 15 minutes late and he didn't really give a ****, didn't pay much attention then hired me on the spot BUT that was a Christmas temp position at a really busy store and idk if the interviews for that are more relaxed.

Would they ask me things like how you deal with customers if you've never had a job before?

How did the interview go? I have mine on friday but it is for a new store opening in October. 10,000 people have applied! :s

It was okay, and they emailed me saying they were impressed and wanted to offer me a job but that there weren't any available.. Not sure why they held any interviews
