Populus Live - The best I've found, they pay you a £1 for every 5 minutes and pay out once you reach £50.
Valued Opinions - They can get a little repetitive but pay well
Wonderbug - I don't get many invites from them
Global Test Market - The opposite to Wonderbug: I get about 3 or 4 invites a day
Survey Network - You have to delete your cookies very often to get this to work!
Toluna - Again, they send a lot of invites through so your inbox gets quite clogged.
Gratispoints - I don't tend to qualify very often for these
Trynewperfumes - They reward you with perfume samples rather than money, but it can save some money
Springboard - I don't get many invites, but when I do I have to be quick off the mark because only 500 or so get to take each survey
Lauren Greys - They have high points payouts but I'm not sure how many you need for a reward.
Surveyhead - This is very similar to gratispoints, it even has the same layout.

These are most of the ones I use, but I can't tell you what the reward programs are like with some because I'm saving it all for Christmas!

I spent a month doing surveys and only got £15. Its becomes incredibly boring and I resorted to lieing or else I won't qualify. If I were you I would just take an extra hour at work or do something else. But you might as well take a look at the links.

I use Valued Opinions, and in the past 3 months of completing surveys and building a detailed personal profile, I've earned £60 worth of vouchers (you can choose what store voucher you are rewarded, and they pay out for every £10 you earn). Each survey time varies a lot, some are only 2 or 3 minutes, others can be 35 minutes (but these tend to pay more).

I did sign up to toluna a few weeks ago, but they kept flooding my inbox with survey invites, most of which I was incompatible for, and I couldn't get my head around their points system (each survey was worth a certain points score, depending on the length of time it took to complete, but wasn't directly proportional to any monetary value). Each survey is worth about 3000 points, but you need about 70,000 points to qualify for any vouchers actually worth having. So in the end I cancelled my account with them as it was annoying me too much.

Try pinecone, you can register but they need to invite you if you are of the target audience they need. I also do Vivatic which uses surveys from Toluna.

    ValuedOpinions
    Yougov
    Pinecone Research

SurveyFriends and Panelopinion are not as busy but it is quite quick to get rewarded

Which websites didn't pay for you, just to avoid them in the future

Paid surveys have paid for me, not too much but it does!

Valued Opinions is my favourite I've had about 3 £10 vouchers from them this year and thats when I've only been doing half the surveys they send me.
Pinecone Reasearch is also my favourite but you need to either be invited or find a banner advertising that they need memebers (which is what I did)
Vivactic pays out at £25. (Used to be £10 :/) I got my first one a couple of months ago but I was barely doing their surveys. They are very long sometimes (and repetitive) and you get screened out a lot but the £25 helped a lot so I'm greatful.
I'm signed up to so many others but those are the one I really use now.
Ooh also swagbucks is a pretty good site! You can do surveys, watch videos, play games, do tasks (which everyone hates lol) or there's a search bar that you just type in what you normally type in google and every so often you get points that way. It may seem long in the beginning but once you know the site better you can get you to £20 worth of amazon vouchers a month. The £5 amazon vouchers are very handy sometimes when I just want to buy something small

I tend to use marketforce for secret shoper assignments and Swagbucks. I've enjoyed swagbucks the most by far as it seems to require the least bit of effort. You can earn points for prizes or giftcards. Swagbucks has just recently added M&S, House of Fraser and New Look Gift Cards. I generally earn £15 to £20 a money a month for very little work. Send me a message if you want to know anymore.

Mystery shopping is good for students I think esp the ones that do fast food joints as they are easy money. I have MSed for lots of companies and lots of places, it makes you more intuative (sp) and helps you get an insight to what companies expect of their employees.

Stay well away from surveys! For the rest of life you'll be constantly bombarded with spam mail and you can't delete your account! You have to fill out 10 pages of details about yourself, and before you even do a survey you have to do a pre-survey to make sure you're suitable for that survey ; you'll often find you're suitable for absolutely nothing. You'll eventually see no point to it and quit, it's not easy money; you have to work for it. Expect very little in return.

    To conclude, stay away.
