TooEasy123's summer transformation blog
Weight: 160 lb (72 kg)
Height: 5'9" (1.75 cm)
Don't really know what I'll post here...
Goals
-Gain some size, look fitter and more defined.
-Be consistent in my diet for 12 weeks in a row.
-Be really active so that I feel healthier in general.
How I'll do it
-I love doing bodyweight exercises so will continue doing them as workouts. Will do weighted pull-ups, dips, pistol squats etcetera.
-My diet will be as balanced as possible.

Weight: Ranging 149-151 lb now.
My strength to bodyweight ratio is increasing because I'm actually getting stronger even though I'm eating 2000'ish calories! IF ftw. I'm doing 20/4 now and it isn't a problem whatsoever;.
Today: Went for a 1hr20 walk, felt great. Don't usually go for walks
Also found my old BMX bike in the shed that I used to ride all the time when I was a kid lol
Nostalgia!
May go for a ride on it later tonight. xD
