I finished uni this year and once I was done I actually said to people how glad I was I didn't have to deal with them anymore.

I was wrong. 4 letters Ive received from them this week.

1st letter is a financial notification from my first year at unit - 09/10. I don't think anything has changed.

3 arrived this morning. One from SFE, I owe them £2906 as SF have decided to reassess my grant entitlement from my final year 11/12........of which I am now not entitled to anything atall. I rang up SFE and they say SF want more evidence (I got the grant through "self supporting" myself 3 years prior to the start of my course).

2nd letter I'm not too fussed about, just a payment to my uni which for some reason hasn't gone through yet but that's their problem.

3rd letter is the SF reassessment, again stating I owe them £2906.

Originally I had to fight with them to get the grant for the final year for some reason. They took forever as well and finally received my grant at the end of Jan this year as I was entitled to. All sorted....not.

They have also paid me almost £2K this week, Im assuming its the fact that I get more loan as I supposedly didn't get the grant -seem to remember that being the case during the start of my course.

Where do I go with this? I dont think I have any evidence anymore as I never got any back. I also have a lot on my plate with jobs/interviews and industry cert exams right now so I dont want to be playing silly buggers with them again.

How can they come back to me almost 8 months later and decide that theyre not giving me the grant? These people are unreal.
