"INTO UK- Manchester" International Foundation Programme HELP
Hey everyone, I'm an international student planning on applying to the pharmacy course at manchester uni. next year (2013/14) after completing a foundation program @ INTO higher UK - Manchester.

The entry requirements for guaranteed progression is completing the foundation with AAB or ABB and that should include Chemistry, Maths or Biology and one other subject.

I was just wondering what possible reason could the university reject me later on. Let's say I met their english language requirements and A-Level grades, am I guaranteed a place? Do they give students with previous work experience and volunteer work somewhat of a priority? Also does anyone know if I HAVE to apply through UCAS after the foundation year? Because the reccommendation letters anf personal statement have a large effect on the application.

Please give me your experience or whatever info you've heard or you know about how this foundation year works, I really need to know what I'm up for..

You really need to contact the university concerned to ask these questions - anyone answering on TSR isn't going to have all of the facts.
