    SAAS.
Have just been on the phone to SAAS (after a very long period of time being on hold) to ask them why I have not received a letter following my Award Notice to tell me what documentation I need to send to them in order to complete my application.

The woman I was speaking to informed me that it had been sent - on the 7th of June, the same date as my Award Notice. I have still not received such a letter.

Am now panicking that I will not receive what I am due until October/November time as she said may be a possibility. My fees are still to be paid but the grant I am entitled to (and need to pay for rent etc.) needs the income information which my parents and I have only just been informed that we need to send.

Has anyone else been screwed over by 'missing' post?

You sound doubtful, but I don't see what they'd get out of screwing you over. It's probably a genuine mistake.

I'm not doubtful, I also see nothing they would gain from it.

The apostrophes around missing should really be quotation marks - it is what the woman I was speaking to called it. I'm really just annoyed at the British post in general and the fact that they don't have a system in place where they can send out a follow-up email to see why you haven't responded to their letter(s). I didn't even realise there was a problem until I found out that other people holding conditionals had received information about what was wrong with their application.
