Hi need help
i have just completed my first year of as levels, however I wish to pick new a levels to do over the next two years as I was forced in a way by my mother to pick these ones.
Anyway I was wondering would this mean I will be classed as doing my a levels over 3 years? Or that I will be doing them over two years as they would be brand new.
I have emailed unis and they have just sent me a generic answer which doesn't answer the question. -
Re: Hi need helpIf you're doing the A-levels (the new set) over two years then they would be classed as being just that.(Original post by BrightSideSince94)

Re: Hi need helpYes you would, you are required to state all qualifications(Original post by BrightSideSince94)
Will I even have to submit my previous as results though? ^.~ Would it be bad for...say if I wanted to apply to oxbridge?
Plus your date of birth would reveal a missing year if you tried to hide them
Anything on your academic record will impact your application. In this case you need to have a good positive story that explains why you picked the wrong subjects originally and why you changed (telling them 'mum made me' is not a great idea). -
Re: Hi need helpWell it's pretty obvious that I wouldn't give that as a reason to a university.(Original post by gdunne42)

Re: Hi need helpMy point is that you need not see it as a negative but must be prepared to be asked about it at interview and need to be able to talk about it in a really positive way.(Original post by BrightSideSince94)
