How do you properly dispose of batteries?

    How do you properly dispose of batteries?
    As above. Can you recycle them?

    They usually have recycle points in supermarkets.

    Any shop that sells them legally has to dispose of them.

    Technically you're supposed to buy new batteries at the same time as taking in your old ones, but many places just have a recycling box on display so you can use it anyway.

    Thanks, I didn't know what batteries looked like.
    But yes, you can recycle them at places like ASDA, just look for 'battery bins'.
