Oxford Brookes - Room Available in Student House - £92/week
We've got a group of five guys (four third year students, one second year) confirmed for a six bedroom house in Headington, looking for a sixth housemate.

The property is 0.5 miles (7 minute walk) from Oxford Brookes Gipsy Lane campus (closer than most halls), on the U1 bus route(with a bus stop 1 minute's walk away), in close proximity to a number of shops, supermarkets and pubs.

The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and is well furnished, with two bathrooms and a living room and kitchen. The room has a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelving and a lock on the door. There is plenty of parking space, along with a garden.

The contract length is 50 weeks running from 3rd September 2012, at £92 per week. This is taken through the Oxford Brookes Student Accommodation office, and you pay for your room only. The property is managed by Oxford Brookes University.

This does not include bills; we are in the process of determining cost, and anticipate them to be £50 per person per month, including fibre optic broadband.

Any further questions, feel free to PM me!

    Samm.
