Around what time do you actually start Uni?

Around what time do you actually start Uni?On UCAS Track for my firm it says October 2012 and then September 2012 for my insurance - are these the actual dates we move in and get sorted or do we go in earlier to get into our accommodation etc.? Around what dates did you start University as a Fresher?

But your Uni should contact you and send you an email or letter notifying you of the dates closer to the time (possibly after results day?)

You should be able to move into your accommodation the weekend before freshers week starts.
It'll get clearer once you get in, they should send you an info pack about starting. -
