First of all I'll say I'm not just going to pull someone. My friends and I are going to a gay club for the first time and I want to give it a shot because it will be the first place where I have a higher chance of success of getting someone than my straight friends.

Well if you're physically attractive enough, you could be all gutsy and go over and make out with her (I trust most girls would turn lesbian if the other girl is hot and comes onto her); if not then just walk over, say hi and flirt a little. If she's not up for it then no hard feelings and stay confident.
