Re: House shares/ Spare rooms Central London
Hi Jess
I'm currently a student at Bournemouth Uni on a placement year, so will be working in Kensington starting the beginning of September for around 10 - 12 months. Ideally I would like to move around the Clapham area. I'm friendly and enjoy a night out every so often but would be working during the week. I'm tidy around the house and wouldn't just sit in my room all weekend, so would love to find a few flatmates who are similar!
Drop me a line if you are interested or you can add me of fb https://www.facebook.com/jess.smith.7927:)

Re: House shares/ Spare rooms Central London
Hey! I'm a 18 year old guy and starting an engineering course and looking for a room. I consider myself to be outgoing and considerate and I'm not nearly as nerdy as my choice of university course makes me sound
(I like going out and clubbing but preferably on a reggae night or when the music isn't the normal sort of stuff clubs play (not a fan of dubstep or d'n'b)).
I'd prefer a place somewhere in/near one of these archway, camden, kentish town, tufnell park, finsbury park, seven sisters, golders green, hampstead, gospel oak, highgate, holloway, kings cross, euston and my budget is preferably below £120 per week but there is a bit of wiggle room. I don't care what your age, gender or sexuality is. Message me if you need someone or alternately if your just organizing a group of completely new people to rent a flat. Hopefully looking to move in mid september, but again that's flexible as I have a sister who lives on the outskirts of london so I can stay with her for a week or two if needs be.

Hey Andrey,
You said you were looking for somewhere near Camden/Kentish Town, so i have something to offer you:
A 3 bedroom maisonette with a converted lounge (into another bedroom) that has a spare SINGLE room up for rent. The other rooms are to be occupied by 2nd year students of RVC (royal veterinary college).
Location: LONDON, CAMDEN, NW1
Type of property: MAISONETTE (flat with 2 floors)
Availability: 29th AUGUST 2012
1 year contract
Cost: £120 PER WEEK (including hot water and heating)
Extra Details: 1 BATHROOM (toilet/sink/bath and shower)
1 KITCHEN (with dining table)
The single room that is up for rent is FURNISHED, so contains a BED + STORAGE SPACE. This room gets the most sunshine out of the whole house. The maisonette is 5MINS away from CAMDEN TUBE STATION and MORNINGTON TUBE STATION.
Peace, Monica. -

Re: House shares/ Spare rooms Central London
hi guys, Ive got a room to rent out. The building has a concierge and a gym. The room is the biggest of the three in the apartment, has a double bed, dresser and double wardrobe. two mirrors. It is an en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin.
The water bill is included in the rent.
Its in Canary Wharf area and takes 26 minutes to get to oxford street.
Ideal for any UAL students
£715 cpm but this DOES include your water bill. therefore your heating too.
Internet and electricity are the only bills you'd need to pay for and they're honestly not expensive.
I wish i could stay but i need to defer my place on my course for personal reasons.
Please dont hesitate to contact me. -

Re: House shares/ Spare rooms Central London
Hi!
I'm a 24 years old Italian girl and I'm moving to London in September to study at SOAS (Russell Square) for a MSc in International Management for Japan.
I'm quite, tidy up, easy-going and very adaptable (I've lived with people from all over the world in various countries such as Italy (of course), The Netherlands, Japan).
I need for sure a contract for 1 year, maybe more (but I'm not sure about it at the moment).
I'm looking for a single room:
- at 1 hour (max) by tube/train from SOAS
- MAX 400pm all incl. if it's not at walking distance from SOAS.
If it is at walking distance (20-30 min) then I'm willing to pay 500-550pm all incl.
- zone 1-2-3
Contact me here with a personal message or on facebook ( https://www.facebook.com/giordana.leonzi )
(If it costs something more than 400/550pm please let me know about it, I could be still interested)
I'm coming to London on September 10th, so we could meet and know/see each other. -
