Re: What was your first away game?
Sheffield Wednesday away in 1997. We won 0-1 at Hillsborough. I can't actually remember it though, I would have only been 5! My next away game is the one I can remember - 11th September 1999 - we lost 2-0 at Sunderland (Stadium of Light).
Since then I have been to many away games. Love them. So much better than home games. -

Well we're back (albeit at level 10)
Who do you support? First away game for me I think would have been Cambridge United in 2004.
, Nene Park is/was one of my preferred grounds in the conference.

Re: What was your first away game?
Fulham v Chelsea in ~2006, first time Fulham had beaten us in absolutely ages. Followed by a pitch invasion by Fulham fans, with Chelsea fans then running on and scaring them all off and running for their lives. Had to ask my dad if away matches are always like that!

Re: What was your first away game?
First away game (and my first ever football match) was Portsmouth v Sheffield United in April, 1996. The Blades won 2-1 and I don't remember much apart from not being impressed at having to stand up for so long as a 9 year old behind the goal in the away end!
That was over 16 years ago and now I've been to over 70 old and new grounds since then.

Re: What was your first away game? You support Leicester as well? I went to Ewood Park on Saturday (my second visit to Blackburn) and I thought we deserved too win, honestly. We create so many chances but fail to score, it's frustrating.(Original post by Xenite)
Away vs Blackburn.. Yesterday.
Lost 2-1, but we were massively on top and the ref was genuinely terrible.. -

Yeah, we definitely shoulda won on Sat. Ref was useless, too... =/. Hopefully we can get back to winning ways against Blackpool and redeem ourselves after last night

I didn't go last night, but I'm sure we can turn it around ahead of Holloway's visit. Hope we can beat him, especially.
