Three cheap rooms available, great location in West LondonTwo third year Imperial College Materials students looking for three flatmates.
Rent: £442pm (~£103pw), £419pm (~£98pw for two of the available rooms, slightly smaller), bills not included.
The flat is a large ground floor flat with a large bathroom, 5 double bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and outside space. Available from the end of September. 12 months contract only. Good location for Imperial College, Royal College of Music, Royal College of Art and other London universities.
Great location: opposite Sainbury’s, Tesco up the road, post office, pubs, launderette, shops and food places within a minute’s walk. Right next to Ravenscourt Park (tennis courts, basket ball etc)
Transport: Ravenscourt Park (District - 10min walk), Shepherd’s Bush (Central/Overground - 20min walk - 5min bus), Hammersmith (Piccadilly/District/Hammersmith and City - 20min walk - 5min bus), bus stops for 266-94-237 a minute away.
