International Rock Paper Scissors Championships - Is anyone else taking part in this?
I thought I'd see if any of my fellow competitors are on this thread.

We've got a team representing Japan at the Olimpik Team Rock Paper Scissors Championships next week. I've even heard the Vatican City are taking part.

    Anyone else in London entered?

Are you using a mixed Nash Equilibrium strategy or a more complex reactive algorithm?

    Yes it is.

You know those Vatican boys will be predictable. You can hear them muttering.

St Peter, the Rock upon which the church is founded.

Ha, Ha, I'll remember that when I play them.

I've just looked on the website and there's about 15 teams entered so far including China and Leichtenstein, but still looks like there are spaces for more teams if anyone thinks they've got what it takes to beat us to the gold medal place, though I do play a mean 'Scissor Sandwiche'!!

    Hi Formerley helpful

    I used this website http://www.ukrockpaperscissorschampi...limpikRPS.aspx

My mates thought it was alot until we realised it was £12.50 each (i.e 50 quid per team) and actually it was the same price as we pay for our nearby nightclub, so wasn't really much for a nights entertainment.

Also I'm hearing rumours that it is being filmed for James Mays Man Lab and I fancy getting on the tele!!

    Hi Formerly Helpful

The website we used was http://www.ukrockpaperscissorschampi...limpikRPS.aspx

And we thought 50 quid was a bit much till we realised that it was only £12.50 each, which is the same price we pay for the local nightclub, so not bad for a nights entertainment.

My mate also heard rumours that James Mays Man Lab are filming it and we like the idea of getting on the tele!!

looks like am not allowed to post the website for you guys as i put it here this morning and it still isn't here, so for those that asked just look up Olimpik Rock Paper Scissors.

i only paid £12.50 for my entry ticket, there are 4 of us so I suppose that must be the £50 that formerly helpful said, but as I said earlier it cost me £15 to get into my local nightclub, so pretty comparible.

Forgot to say I also heard a rumour that James Mays Man Lab are filming it too and I am loving it that I might be on TV!!!

It definately says on the website that it is being filmed for TV so I think it is probably true.
You said it twice before that so no you didn't forget.

I'll pass as well thanks. It would be unfair on everyone else given how awesome I am.
