Why more courses in clearing for RUK?
Just been looking at the http://www.courses.napier.ac.uk/Content.aspx?ID=19

clearing page for Edinburgh Napier. Why are the courses separated by RUK & Scottish/ EU ... more courses available for RUK? Why is this - most haven't got their results yet anyway.? Is it because of the fees?

Yes - it's because of the fees (and the limits on "government subsidised" numbers placed on all UK unis by their various governments)
