    Can Rudisha go sub 1:40.00?
After seeing him break his own world record without a pacemaker, do you think its possible to see him go sub 100 seconds?

Probably. I remember when I first started running seeing Wilson Kipketer's old record and thinking "surely that will go!" And still it hasn't, but all someone has to do is run sub 50 twice. Given that most WR first laps are around 48-49, it's a wonder sub 1:40 hasn't been achieved yet.

Me, I'd like to do sub 60 twice

Do you think a pacemaker would help him or not? He likes to lead, but if he had someone there to get him off to a 47 first lap then I think he can go sub 1:40.00. :dontknow:

He certainly does have fantastic pace judgement. It wouldn't do any harm I suppose, but I'm not sure he needs one.

    Yeah sure why not.

I realised this might have sounded a bit unlike I intended.

With his time today and his age he should be more than able to.
