    In the bedroom...
Hey guys! As an avid artist and creator of silly projects which seem to go on forever, I've just finished painting my ceiling, as pictured below. It started out as a whim on a rainy day and a year later has progressed into a full-frontal mural on the ceiling, representing some of my more 'hippy' and pagan family origins.

What I want to know is: Have any of you guys got a particularly interesting or beautiful bedroom? Any interesting paintings on your walls? I'd love to see pictures or hear of your design ideas! I'm quite sure I can't be the only bored student who picked up a paintbrush.

Wow, nice stuff! I especially like the third picture
Sadly, while i'd love to cover my bedroom with art, I'm afraid that if I do so, I will get kicked out

    Wow! That's seriously beautiful
Urrrm, my sister wanted me to do a canvas for her bedroom and wanted a heart, so I melted different coloured crayons in the shape of a heart.
(The picture's dodgy - I was in the middle of predrinks when it was taken, hence the mess in the background )

Thankyou very much! Haha yes, I was lucky to be born into a very creative and liberal family of hippies! So they were very encouraging of this project, in fact my Dad helped me with some of the preliminary sketches. When you have your own house, you'll be able to paint EVERYTHING ;D

Yeah thanks. I think I'd prefer it with the crayons fully melted down but my sister said she liked it as it was, so...

Hey everyone can draw, it's very subjective - Piet Mondrian got famous for drawing squares, so don't give up!

Wow. I love your ceiling.

My room is nothing special, to be honest... I only have a world map (thank you, National Geographic), a few dried flowers in frames, etc. on my walls. My favourite is a painting by my granny though.

That's really nice that you've got such a personal painting. My grandma paints too Perhaps I should ask her if she could paint me something...
