Poem transformation and commentary

Hi, I'm using someone else's account, so ignore the signature etc.
I've written a transformation of a poem into prose and now need to write a commentary on this for my A2 english language and literature coursework. I have no idea what to do or what I'm supposed to be writing about - I'm completely lost! Any help please?

You need to explain how and why you have transformed the poem in the way that you have. It's kind of like analysing your own work.
