Lab Report

How should I decided whether to present raw data or percentages? Or can you use two figures one with percentages and another with raw data?

Maybe it depends on the experiment but when I wrote lab reports, I always put the percentages (or the results of any calculation) in the report body and presented all the raw data in an appendix.

Agreed with the above. In all lab reports I've written and been advised to do, presentable data/graphs have been included in the results section after the methodology. All raw data collected from the lab goes in the appendix.
