Fluids -- Continuity and Bernoulli

Looking at the solution, it says A1/A2 = 4 which is not true since 0.1/0.4 = 0.25.

When I use 0.25 for A1/A2 at the end of equation, the value that I get for p2 is p2 = 1.019 bar, which I think makes sense since the area has increased, thus the velocity decreased, so the pressure increases.

Could someone confirm this? Thanks
