I got an offer from Liverpool University for Law with Criminology as well as the rest of my offers from my other 4 unis. Liverpool is my firm choice since its my favourite university as well as asking for reasonable grades which I know that with hard work I will achieve but now I'm stuck with my insurance, either LJMU or UCLan. LJMU asks for 300 UCAS points (which is really low so I like) but the course is Law and Criminal Justice (I'm not bothered but more specifically want criminology which is something that UCLan does). UCLan asks for BBB or BB with a distinction in BTEC Law. that is really nice as BB and a distinction is attainable but LIVERPOOL ask for the same thing to get in to their university. I've read all around that the insurance should preferably be lower points or grades then your firm choice just in case you miss it on results day. But I'm stuck between them both as they are both really good universities which I don't mind going to if things fail. Anyone could help me?

I hate this thread because I've yet to receive an offer. :unimpressed:

KCL: European Politics
Nottingham: Politics
Queen Mary: Politics

Yet to receive a rejection either, so I suppose every cloud and all that!

Congratulations on your offers, btw!

getting worried about this

My son got an offer from Exeter last Friday, but don't worry, his teacher had previously told him not to expect to hear until well into December, they are one of the later ones.

What do you mean with declined? :O
Do you mean that they reject you or that you withdrew their offer?
