Looking for housemate for 4-bed house

Hi guys :smile:

We're 3 2nd year students (will be 3rd year when the tenancy starts) looking for a 4th person to fill our house. We all do different subjects (chemistry, social work, and archaeology) and are really friendly, though we don't party hard.

The house is on Rockingham Avenue, half way between town and hes west. The room for rent is a single room and rent is £70 p/w, bills excluded. The tenancy begins on the 28th June 2014 for 12 months.

There's loads of communal space in the house, with a large living room, kitchen/diner (with dishwasher), utility room (washer, dryer, and 2 fridge-freezers) and cloakroom downstairs, with the main bathroom (bath and shower) and bedrooms upstairs. There's also a garage for secure bike storage and a garden.
