So I have applied for the role (this is with Sky) but I have not received any training as I do not have the job but I really want it and and I'm trying to do some research now that'll help me for the assessment center!

What kind of things should I be saying to customers?

What kinda of special offers can you provide?

In what ways is Sky objectively better than the other companies (e.g. Virgin)?
