Quick one tonight.

Seated dumbbell press:

22s x 8/8/8/8

Not bad.

Barbell rows:

80 x 8/8/8/8

Easy enough.

Triceps push downs:

3 x 10

Curls:

3 x 10

Then home.

Decent enough session this afternoon.

Squats:

140 x 3

Quite hard, but looking back I have not squatted for a while (in fact, not lifted for a while...).

Dumbbell bench press:

30s x 7/6/6

Feet on the bench. Quite hard.

Power cleans:

80 x 3/3/3/3/3

Quite easy to be honest. Enjoyed these.

Then home.

Makes it harder as you're less stable.

Okay session tonight. Getting back into it by doing 3x5 to get the strength up.

Squats:

120 x 5/5/5

Okay during the sets, but legs tired afterwards - probably from the three sets.

Press:

62.5 x 5/5/5

Quite hard.

Deadlifts:

170 x 5

Very hard. Probably because my legs were tired.
Decent session tonight.

Squats:

122.5 x 5/5/5

Easy enough.

Dumbbell bench press:

30s x 7/6/6

Okay.

Power cleans:

82.5 x 3/3/3/3/3

Not too bad.

Chins:

bodyweight x 6

Didn't get any more as my lats were really tired... just couldn't pull myself up any more.

Then home.

Hard.

Not too hard.

Pull ups:

bodyweight x 5/5/4

Not too bad given I just rowed.

No, flat, but with my feet on the bench.

Not too bad at all.

172.5 x 5

Quite hard, but a little easier than last time. Made a smaller jump because I'm not sure how I'd have coped with a 5kg jump.

Crappy session tonight. Feeling ****ty today, so only did some light stuff.

Squats:

100 x 5/5

Light squats, but felt worse than two plates should.

Seated dumbbell press:

24s x 10/10/10

Not too bad.

Cable rows:

whole stack 3 x 10

Then home.
Also missed Monday's session:

Squats:

127.5 x 5/5/5

Not too bad again.

Bench:

80 x 5/5/5

Harder than it should have been but then again haven't flat benched in a while.

Power cleans:

85 x 3/3/3/3/3

OK.
Meh...

Pause squats:

110 x 1

Incline dumbbell bench press:

30s x 2

Meh...

Oh and then went home.
