Not sure what to do!

So I'm 25 nearly 26 and have been to university twice before on year 1 of two different courses, but for slightly differing medical reasons (well more the extremity of each occasion) have failed both years. I'm currently on Jobseekers allowance but desperate to get back into education and off JSA. I want to try and get onto a college uni level course in the next week or two but things are quite up in the air with Student Finance due to my previous study. I'll probably be able to get a maintenance loan, but tuition fee loan may not be viable unless my compelling personal reasons claim is successful. Just looking for some advice or simply support here..really worried things won't work out and wondering whether anyone here has had similar issues at any point? I've been through so many scenarios in my head to try and start afresh but the finance issue is proving to be a real sticking point. It may be totally fine, but I have left it very late too of course!
