Looking for an university

Hello,
I am in 11th grade and after I graduate I will have to decide for where I want to apply. I want to study in London because I have where to live in but near London is also something.
I like to travel so I thought that it will be good if I study something related to tourism, but it can be also something related to like middle-school kids.
I hope that you will help me because I don't know what to chooce. Also I don'r know my English level because I have not done any level related test and I was going to make TOEFL but it seems that it will be better if I take IELTS. but before that please help me to find for where to apply.
