Has anyone tried the Results with Lucy website? If so, is it worth the money? I run a lot; about 5 times a week but I just want to tone up well...everything! Ta.
hi, i haven't tried the RWL before but how much is the 12-week plan anyways? i normally go for free workouts on the net. there are aplenty of them! i used to run a lot too. do you do long distance running? perhaps try weight training, it's an excellent way to tone up the muscles and add definition instead of just being lean from running
I think the 12 week plan is about £40. The XHIT videos are really good if you like online workouts, btw! I do long-distance, yeah, love doing half-marathons and I'd love to be able to lift! I just know it's important to have correct form/posture so I would want someone to make sure I was doing it properly, first! Thanks!
Complete waste of money. You can easily find bodyweight exercise programs online without having to shell out money just because some celebrity has endorsed it. If you want to tone up, weights and a decent diet are the best way.
