I've started a recipe slimming world blog here: https://gemmasslimmingrecipes.wordpress.com/
And my tsr fitness blog which I will have to revive  http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2307498

Unfortunately I look pretty much the same as I did this time last year despite eating healthily and doing lots of exercise. I'm also a lot heavier than this time last year. I suffer from PCOS and one of the symptoms is an inability to stop gaining weight, so while the fact I've maintained weight is good, I hate my body. However, I accept the fact that I'm unlikely to actually make any visual progress so I'm doing this just to see if I can improve my fitness a bit more. I row for my college and would like to see my strength and ability improve within that.
My current measurements are:

Hip/butt: 33.4 '
Bicep: 9.3'
Waist: 24'
Thigh: 20.5'

Weight 53 kg / 117 lb

Goals are to reduce thigh size! Loose belly flab and see some abs!

Definetly gain more defined muscle all over and look more toned

Good luck everyone!
