Social work MA with a family is it possible??
I have a place to deferred place to study Ma social work at w-ton uni. I was really excited to start but now I am beginning to think I am being totally unrealistic! I have two kids and a husband who works long hours plus no childcare other than child minders who I will have to take out a loan to pay for. What worries me most is the work load. Can any one give me advice please!! The tutor on my course said it will be intense! Has anyone been in my position? Everyone around me is saying I am mad to go ahead!! HELP!
Don't let everybody put you off. Just because you have a family it doesn't mean you aren't able to get a MA. Have you checked OU? Will it be easier if it was distance learning?
