Case study interview

Has anyone ever had a case study interview? I have one for a CRM analytical position any ideas how it is/ what might come up etc?

No idea specifically what this sort of interview is, but the clue is in the name. Chances are they will invite you to a style of interview that pretends you have a job, throws a real life scenario at you and sees how you react.

So customer support is about being polite, decisive and authoritative. The later is quite hard to achieve if you are uncertain. You can't frame answers with loose flowery language like "I am not sure but why not try..." etc.
