Should I include blog URL in Personal Statement?

Hi guys,
So after not going to uni in the end last year due to financial reasons, I'm reapplying this year for 2016 entry. My options so far are Salford (Journalism and English), UCA (Music Journalism) and BIMM (Music Journalism).
I've almost got all of my personal statement done, but I need some advice. I've got a blog (kirstyjpoynton.blogspot.com) which is full of articles I've written about music and film etc. I've mentioned that I run the blog in my PS, but I'm debating whether to put the URL in there? The admissions tutors probably wouldn't look at it but if they wanted to it's there...
I don't know, could someone help me?

I had the same thing, I would suggest mentioning you have a blog, but not using precious characters by including the URL.
