American students help!

If you are a US student studying at LSBU please help me! Do you receive US financial aid while studying at LSBU (I am not studying abroad through a home university-I wish to complete a full 3 year degree at LSBU) ???
I am getting a lot of mixed answers on whether I will receive US financial aid or not.
I have already studied abroad through a home university in the UK. I will no longer be attending that university, or any other US university. So what I'm asking is if I seek to complete a full degree in the UK, will the US government help me out?

I'm not applying for LSBU, but I do know that they accept US federal loans.

The process is the same as applying for loans while attending US schools.
