Not very much, west thames college is one of the worst colleges I have been to.. They are not organised e.g. Send letters with wrong dates on them. The teachers don't even teach you and they don't care about anything.. Last time I just sat there on my phone all day. The canteen food is disgusting and overpriced. The people there are rude and my opinion the courses there are just a waste of time.

Well this is my first time at the college and I'm on the performing arts course. But you are right about the organisation, I went there on Tuesday just to get my student card and the hassle for it. One minute up the stairs then back down then back up, that was a real piss take.

I studied specialist make-up at West Thames and it was the WORST. Teachers are rude and complete bullies. I wouldn't waste your money going there... Believe me UAL is a much better university. I had to leave the course because I wasn't learning anything, the teachers teach you a lot of old techniques and if you aren't a teachers favourite you'll get crap grades and no paid jobs like they promise you. Oh and you'll get no help with your projects.

I suffer with very had anxiety and depression and they made me feel like crap. They give you no support or positivity. You people are in for a right treat.

Hi! Paragon didn't accept people this year but if you are starting in September then you might get a place then. If not I would try and find people on the same course with the same issue and maybe you could house share. There are host families which you can live with that aren't too expensive. I ended up commuting everyday as it's only 3 days a week but that depends how far you are away xxxx

Has anyone been accepted into HNC specialist makeup to start in September that's struggling with accommodation ? Is this the only way where you can see who's on the course with you ?

HEY!!!!!! I'm starting the HNC in makeup at west thames in september too! I'm coming from south wales and accommodation is looking like utter hell for me! i have no idea of the area and am desperately looking for a house share. hope to see you in september!

I know it's really close I'm going on the same course. I sorted out accommodation however for some reason I can't go into that flat anymore. I now have like two weeks to sort somewhere out haha where did you go? Thank you!!! Xx
