Need to amend predicted grade to me eligible for PARTNERS

My college has sent my UCAS form off on Friday and it's only until now I've realized one of my teachers has put one of my predicted grades down as a B and never changed it to an A before it got sent off(a grade my teacher genuinely believes me to be capable of and I never got the opportunity to review my application before it went like promised.) To be eligible for the PARTNERS scheme, my target grades have to be ABB when I've applied with BBB. Can I amend this with Newcastle? It's the only university I really have my hopes pinned on.

your teachers can call and change your predicted grades

talk to your teachers about it since they're the only ones who can change your predictions
