I think that's talking about oral salt consumption in food not injectable saline. The saline is used to dilute.

My thoughts are that you work out the amiodarone dilution then work out how much they would be getting over an hr with the flow rate. and see if that matches withthe reccommendation which is like 200mg/hr or something.

Where would be best to post this question, medicine?

If there is a possibility that some of these answer choices are ruled out because they are medically unsafe, then it might be better there.

Otherwise if the medical situation is just a context, it's fine here

I think I figured it out:Amiodarone sterile conc.=50mg/ml. https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/medicine/26034 and just realised it is compatabile with 5% glucose and not sodium so that rules out the NaCl solution ones.
